Refund Policy

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, we do not cut it off early.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 3 of your billing cycle, you keep Pro access for the remaining 27 days and are not charged again.
If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email us at hello@withlove.so within 14 days and we will make it right with a full refund.
7-day refund for new subscribers
If you just upgraded to feelings and feel like it is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment only.
Paid bookings (visitor payments to creators)
When a visitor pays a creator for a booking through withlove, the refund policy is set by the creator. withlove's platform fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
If a creator cancels a paid booking, the visitor receives a full refund including the platform fee. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
How to request a refund
Email hello@withlove.so with your account email and a brief description. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.
