withlove ("we", "us", "our") is an AI assistant platform that helps creators, coaches, and consultants run their business through a single shareable link. By using withlove you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

You may not use withlove to send spam, run scams, impersonate other people, violate any laws, or do anything that harms other users or the platform.

You own everything you upload, your bio, your rules, your assets, your pricing. By uploading it you give us permission to store and display it as part of running the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

Your assistant uses large language models to generate replies. We make every effort to keep responses accurate and on-brand, but we cannot guarantee that AI responses will always be perfect. You are responsible for configuring your assistant's rules and reviewing its behavior.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, see our Refund Policy for details.

If you use the paid bookings feature, visitors pay you directly. withlove takes a small platform fee on each transaction. You are responsible for any taxes on money you receive.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or change features with reasonable notice. We will not delete your data without giving you a chance to export it first.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your public page goes offline and your data is deleted within 30 days.

withlove is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use withlove after that means you accept the new terms.
